Description

This course introduces bilingual individuals and beginning interpreters to the roles of the interpreter, interpreter???s code of ethics, modes of interpreting, and other essential basics of interpreting. (12 hrs)
To receive a certificate of satisfactory completion and pass the course, student must attend all four (4) sessions and earn a score of 80% or higher on the final assessment given on the last day of class.

Prerequisite: Language proficiency test.
Cost: $175 Book included in course fee.
