Use this simple on-line application to begin the process of applying to SMCC.  Once we receive your application, we will send you a follow-up letter requesting any additional information.  Most programs require Accuplacer testing (unless otherwise exempt), and a high school transcript or proof of high school graduation.  Please note that many of our Health programs have additional admission requirements.

Accuplacer Testing at SMCC
The ACCUPLACER© Computerized Placement Tests (CPTs)  provide information about your level of skill and accomplishment in reading, writing, English and mathematics. SMCC uses your Accuplacer scores, along with other information that you provide, to help determine the English, mathematics, and reading courses that are most appropriate for you.
